How quickly can service start?
Onboarding is typically quick. Most hotels and short-let portfolios can be set up within days, depending on availability.
Do you supply or wash linen?
Both. Lux Linen provides rental linen with scheduled collection, laundering and replacement, so you never buy or wash stock yourself.
What is included in a bedding pack?
Every pack is complete for one bed and colour-coded by size. Single (blue bag): 1 duvet cover, 1 bed sheet, 2 pillow cases, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel. Double (clear bag), King (yellow bag) and Super King (green bag): 1 duvet cover, 1 bed sheet, 4 pillow cases, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels. Bath mats, tea towels and extra towels are available on request.
Can you support large hotels?
Yes. Supply is structured based on room volume, so capacity scales with the size of the property.
Do you offer multiple collections per week?
Yes, depending on operational needs. Weekly and twice-weekly schedules are both available.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is low, so smaller portfolios are welcome. Volume pricing is available as you scale.
Do you provide bath mats and tea towels?
Yes. Bath towels, hand towels, bath sheets, bath mats and tea towels are all available alongside bed linen.
How much does linen hire cost?
Rental is priced per item per rotation, based on your bed mix and how many collections you need each week. Send us those details and we will return a written price list. Volume pricing is available for larger portfolios.
Do you rent linen or sell it?
We rent. You never buy stock. Linen is supplied, laundered, pressed, packed and replaced as it wears, on a weekly or twice-weekly rotation.
Can you launder linen we already own?
Yes. If you have your own stock we can run it on a scheduled commercial laundry contract, with the same collection and delivery service.
Do you supply guest houses, B&Bs and serviced apartments?
Yes. We supply independent hotels, guest houses, B&Bs, serviced apartments, holiday lets and Airbnb properties, from a single property upwards.
Do you supply single properties as well as portfolios?
Yes. The minimum order is low, so a single hotel or one short-let property is welcome, and rates reduce as your room or unit count grows.
